1) Order Processing

       Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

       Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We ship to customers worldwide. Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds vary by destination. All shipments include tracking.

3) Service Area & Address Restrictions

       We ship worldwide to most countries and territories.

       We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote/undeliverable areas.

       Certain countries may be excluded due to shipping carrier restrictions or regulatory limitations.

       Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We’re not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4) Order Tracking

       You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

       Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

5) Taxes, Duties & Fees

Product prices and shipping costs shown at checkout exclude any applicable taxes or fees. Any such amounts will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country’s government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. YuriGa Beauty has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

6) Delivery Delays

We do our best to meet the stated delivery estimates. However, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier backlogs, peak season, customs processing). International shipments may experience additional delays at customs. If your order is substantially delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist.

7) Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

       All shipments include tracking. US shipments are insured.

       If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please email us at info@yurigabeauty.com within 2 days of delivery.

       To file a claim, include: order number and full name, tracking number, clear photos of the packaging and item (if damaged), and a brief description of the issue.

       Claims submitted after the 2-day window may not be eligible for coverage.

8) Failed Delivery & Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal, we’ll contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional shipping fee may apply) or a refund for the item(s) minus original shipping and handling (if any).

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.
