Refund Policy

1) Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2) How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@yurigabeauty.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item (if defective or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we will send you the warehouse address via email and further instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.

3) Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before making a return.

4) European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Rights

If your shipping address is in the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in the same condition as received.

5) Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

Please note: returns should be shipped to the address we provide after your return request is approved.
